CE Industries a.s. made an offer to acquire a 66% stake in Luka Rijeka d.d. from Rubicon Partners and others.

Luka Rijeka dd is a Croatia-based company engaged in the harbor services. It provides shipping and dry cargo services in the Rijeka port basin, such as maritime traffic, port services, storage of cargo, maintenance of machines, equipment and buildings, reinforcement, packaging and securing loads, and quality and amount control of goods, among others. In addition, the Company offers real estate management, domestic and international road cargo transportation both for non-hazardous and hazardous materials, as well as agency transport services. The Company operates three subsidiaries: OPI doo, Luka Prijevoz doo and Stanovi doo.
