Macy's, Inc. Announces Francis S. Blake Will Not Stand for Re-Election

Macy's, Inc. announced that Francis S. Blake, who has served on the Board since 2015, will not stand for reelection at the Annual Meeting, in accordance with the mandatory retirement age of the Board?s Corporate Governance Principles. Blake has chaired the Board?s Compensation and Management Development Committee and has served as Chair of the Board?s Finance Committee since 2021. He previously served on the Board?s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
Macy's, Inc. is an omni-channel retail company. The Company operates stores, websites and mobile applications under three brands, Macy's, Bloomingdale's and Bluemercury, which sell a range of merchandise, including apparel and accessories (men's, women's and kids'), cosmetics, home furnishings and other consumer goods.
