Macy?s Inc Provides Information to the Shareholders

On March 14, 2024, Macy?s Inc announced the nomination of Douglas W. Sesler, Founder and President of Fair Street Partners, to stand for election to the Company?s Board of Directors at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Tony Spring, chief executive officer and chairman-elect of the Company expressed that the Doug would bring to the Company Board a unique combination of experience at real estate investment and financial services firms, along with an intimate understanding of the Company and its real estate assets. In addition, the Company announced that Francis S. Blake, who has served on the Board since 2015, will not stand for reelection at the Annual Meeting, in accordance with the mandatory retirement age of the Board?s Corporate Governance Principles.
