The semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts are vacuum parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and inspection equipment. The FPD manufacturing equipment parts are vacuum devices for manufacturing equipment apparatus and inspection apparatus used in liquid crystal and organic electro luminescence (EL). The other parts consist surface processing equipment for smart phone housing, solar cell manufacturing equipment parts, motorcycle racing parts, industrial equipment parts for camera and microscope, as well as parts for medical equipment.
