HawkEye 360, Inc has acquired R&F Solutions Ltd from Maxar Technologies Inc.

Maxar Technologies, Inc. is a provider of comprehensive space solutions and geospatial intelligence. The Company operates through two segments: Earth Intelligence and Space Infrastructure. The Earth Intelligence segment is engaged in providing high-resolution space-based Earth observation imagery products and analytics.
