Maxim Global Berhad agreed to acquire Zapland Property Sdn Bhd from Gan Lee Ha and Lee Cheh Hian for MYR 39 million.

Maxim Global Berhad (KLSE:MAXIM) agreed to acquire Zapland Property Sdn Bhd from Gan Lee Ha and Lee Cheh Hian for MYR 39 million on April 13, 2023. The transaction is subject to approval from shareholders of Maxim Global and approval from two financial institutions. The transaction has been approved from Bursa Securities on July 12, 2023.

As of August 4, 2023, shareholders of Maxim Global approved the acquisition of Zapland Property. MainStreet Advisers Sdn Bhd and UOB Kay Hian Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET:UOBKH) acted as financial advisor to Maxim Global.
