McDonald's strives for a workplace where diverse talent composed of various genders, ages, personalities and backgrounds can make full use of their individual strengths and work energetically. There are currently about 190,000 crew members- old and young, male and female, representing various nationalities. From September 18 to September 24, Crew Experiences were held at restaurants nationwide to enable those interested in working as McDonald's crew to trial working at McDonald's restaurants and experience the workplace atmosphere.

In September, system-wide sales and same-store sales increased by 10.1% and 8.6%, respectively, compared to the same month of the previous year.
- Our Tsukimi Family of burgers, a traditional fall item, was offered for a limited time. In addition to the standard Tsukimi Burger, seven items including the new burger Shichimi-kaoruGyusuki Tsukimi and new Yuzu-koshoMayo Sauce for Chicken McNuggets were sold and enjoyed by many customers.
- The new side-menuPuripuri Ebi-purio, a friedshrimp ball, was offered for a limited time, returning for the first
time in 17 years.
From 5pm in the evening, Tabekurabe Pote-Nage Large and Tabekurabe Pote-Nage Extra Large allowed Puripuri Ebi-purioto be enjoyed together with McDonald's Fries® and Chicken McNuggets® for Yoru Mac.
- In addition to drive-thru, delivery and digital initiatives that promote customer convenience with safety and security as top priority and the enhancement of dinner hours, activities such as continuing the Value program, introducing new menu items and carrying out marketing activities to strengthen connections with customers have been on-going.
