Medical Innovation Holdings, Inc., formerly Medina International Holdings, Inc., is a development-stage company. The Company focuses on establishing a multi-disciplinary medical specialist provider/practice network to serve the rural patient population through telemedicine program. The Company's practice management system provides electronic medical records/electronic health records, patient scheduling, real time insurance verification, billing, video conferencing and all systems in an end to end technology platform coupled with all the components of a telehealth delivery system. The Company's telemedicine platform offers a range of modalities of telemedicine to create a virtual multi-specialty practice within its referring partner's primary clinic practice. Its proposed telehealth services include image grid and cloud-based picture archiving communication and storage (PACS) system to enable access to computerized tomography scans.
