Megola, Inc. entered into definitive agreement to acquire License of Intellectual Property, Product Lines, Manufacturing & Other Assets of Medesol Global Inc. for $0.25 million.

Megola, Inc. is a consortium group of health technologies and eco-friendly product lines.
