Meiho Enterprise Co., Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for second quarter and full year ending July 31, 2024. For the second quarter, the company expected revenues of JPY 9,244 million, operating profit of JPY 931 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 373 million, Basic earnings per share of JPY 12.65 per basic share.
For the full year, the company expected revenues of JPY 19,355 million, operating profit of JPY 1,661 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 687 million, Basic earnings per share of JPY 23.29 per basic share.
MEIHO ENTERPRISE CO., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the real estate business. The Real Estate Allotment Sale segment is engaged in the allotment sale of condominiums developed by the Company, the renovation and sale of pre-owned condominiums, the development of attached house and town house, as well as the allotment sale of properties as its joint venture business. The Real Estate Leasing segment leases condominiums and buildings. The Real Estate Brokerage segment is involved in the brokerage business of land for condominium use, as well as other brokerage businesses. The Others segment provides real estate leasing-related services, such as the acquisition of construction management fee and other various consulting reward.
