Meiho Enterprise Co., Ltd. (TSE:8927) agreed to acquire 92% stake in Kyoeigumi, K.K. from Kyoei Holdings, K.K., Resona Capital Co., Ltd., Rika Ito, Kayoko Igarashi and Kazuhiro Igarashi on August 25, 2022. For the fiscal year ending September 2021, Kyoeigumi reported net worth of ¥682 million, Total assets of ¥3.1 billion, Sales of ¥2.5 billion, Operating income of ¥76 million and Net income of ¥4 million. The acquisition is expected to close August 31, 2022.
