Mercury Systems, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the first quarter and full fiscal year 2023. For the quarter, revenues are forecasted to be in the range of $215.0 million to $225.0 million. GAAP net loss for the first quarter is expected to be approximately $18.2 million to $15.6 million, or $0.32 to $0.28 per share, assuming no incremental other non-operating adjustments, or non-recurring financing in the period, and approximately 55.9 million weighted average diluted shares outstanding.
For the full fiscal year 2023, revenues are forecasted to be in the range of $1.00 billion to $1.05 billion, and GAAP net income of $15.0 million to $27.9 million, or $0.27 to $0.49 per share, assuming no incremental other non-operating adjustments, or non-recurring financing in the period, and approximately 56.6 million weighted average diluted shares outstanding.
