Mesa Laboratories, Inc. announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 14, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2024.

Its Sterilization and Disinfection Control segment manufactures and sells biological, chemical, and cleaning indicators used to assess the effectiveness of sterilization and disinfection processes. Biopharmaceutical Development segment develops, manufactures, and sells automated systems for protein analysis (immunoassays) and peptide synthesis solutions. Its Calibration Solutions segment develops, manufactures, and sells quality control products used to measure or calibrate temperature, pressure, pH, humidity, and other such parameters.
