Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad Recommends a First and Final Single Tier Cash Dividend in Respect of the Financial Year Ended 31 December 2023, Payable on 24 July 2024

The Directors of Mitrajaya Holdings Berhad are recommending for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming AGM to be held on 12 June 2024, a first and final single tier cash dividend of 1 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023. Dividend will be paid on 24 July 2024 to Shareholders whose names appear in the Records of Depositors at the close of business on 28 June 2024.
