Fit Out division is specialized in fit out and refurbishment in commercial, central and local government offices, retail banking and further education. The division also provides office interior design and build services direct to occupiers. Property Services division provides response and planned maintenance for social housing and the wider public sector. Partnership Housing division delivers housing through mixed-tenure and contracting activities. Urban Regeneration division works with landowners and public sector partners to transform the urban landscape.
