Mostostal Zabrze S.A. signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire PUE Energotest-Energopomiar Sp. z o.o. from Elektrobudowa SA.

Mostostal Zabrze SA is a Poland-based holding construction company. The Company provides its project in four sectors: Industrial Construction, Power, Environmental Protection, and Transport Infrastructure. It offers contracting of facilities, industrial plants, process lines and revamp, erection of complete facilities and buildings, construction of sport facilities, transport infrastructure, and waste water treatment plants. It also provides structural steelwork and machinery constructions, radio and television masts and towers, ski lifts, cableways, aluminum elements such as curtain walls, windows and doors, commercial halls and pavilions, as well as such services as design, galvanizing of steel structure, transport and lifting equipment and training.
