Mundial SA Produtos de Consumo, formerly Eberle SA, is a Brazil-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture of apparel and personal care products. The Company divides its business into four segments: Personal Care, Fashion, Syllent and Other Companies. In the Personal Care segment, it is involved in the manufacture and distribution of manicure and personal care products, including nail polishes, nail scissors, hair razors and brushes for makeup, among others. In the Fashion segment, it is principally active in the production and sale of metal and plastic items for clothing and footwear. In the Syllent segment, the Company is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of water motor pump. In the Other Companies segment, it is involved in the manufacture and marketing of kitchen knives, cutlery and crockery for general use, as well as in the production and sale of articles for professional craft work, such as scissors.
