Legal basis: Article 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offerings: Current and Periodic Reports

Pursuant to Article 80.1 of the Finance Minister Regulation of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Reporting by Issuers of Securities and on the Conditions for Considering as Equivalent Information Required under the Laws of a Non-Member State, the Management Board of MUZA S.A. hereby announces the dates of publishing MUZA S.A.'s periodic reports in 2022

1. Extended consolidated quarterly reports:

• consolidated report for the 1st quarter of 2022: 30 May 2022
• consolidated report for the 3rd quarter of 2022: 29 November 2022

1. Extended consolidated half-yearly report for the 1st half of 2022 Consolidated half-yearly report: 30 September 2022
2. Annual reports for 2021

Stand-alone annual report for 2021: 29 April 2022

Consolidated annual report for 2021: 29 April 2022

At the same time, the Issuer (MUZA S.A.) hereby announces that it will not publish a quarterly report for the 4nd quarter of 2021 and 2nd quarter of 2022, pursuant to Article 79.2 of the Finance Minister Regulation of February on Current and Periodic Reporting by Issuers of Securities and on the Conditions for Considering as Equivalent Information Required under the Laws of a Non-Member State.

In addition, pursuant to Articles 62.1 and 62.3 of the Regulation, the Issuer hereby announces that its consolidated quarterly and half-yearly reports will contain, respectively, quarterly and half-yearly abridged financial statements. Therefore, the Issuer will not publish individual stand-alone quarterly reports or an individual stand-alonehalf-yearly report.
