Subject: Submission of a declaration by KDPW on the conclusion of an agreement for the registration of securities in the depository

With reference to current reports No. 11/2021, 12/2021, 13/2021, 14/2021 and 15/2021, the Management Board of MUZA S.A. ("Company") informs that on 13 July, 2021, the Company became aware of the submission of a statement by the National Depository for Securities on the conclusion of an agreement with the Company for the registration in the depository of subscription warrants in the number of 268,558, issued by the Company on the basis of Resolution No. 18/2018 of 16 June 2018 on the adoption of an incentive scheme, issuance of subscription warrants with the exclusion of subscription rights, applying for the admission of the shares issued under the conditional share capital increase to trading on the regulated market and their dematerialisation and the related amendment to the Company's Articles of Association, as amended by Resolution No. 26/2021 of the General Meeting of the Company of 26 June 2021 on amending the Resolution No. 18/2018 of 16 June 2018, entitling to subscribe for 268,558 series C shares by 15 June 2028. The subscription warrants were assigned the following ISIN code: PLMUZA000100. Subscription warrants were registered on 9 July 2021.

The National Depository for Securities submitted the declaration in response to the Company's request for registration of subscription warrants, about which the Company provided information in the Current Report No. 13/2021.
