The Management Board of MUZA S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company"), regarding current reports no. 11/2021, 12/2021, 13/2021, 14/2021 and 15/2021, hereby informs that on 21 July 2021, the Company received notifications about the acquisition of series C ordinary bearer shares under the Incentive Scheme by:
Mr Marcin Garliński - President of the Management Board,
Ms Małgorzata Czarzasty - Vice President of the Management Board.
