National Bank Holdings Corporation reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 87.78 million compared to USD 69.09 million a year ago. Net income was USD 36.09 million compared to USD 15.84 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.95 compared to USD 0.51 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.94 compared to USD 0.5 a year ago.
For the nine months, net interest income was USD 272.45 million compared to USD 171.77 million a year ago. Net income was USD 108.93 million compared to USD 54.55 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.87 compared to USD 1.78 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.85 compared to USD 1.77 a year ago.
