China Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Submitts Nomination for Director's Candidate

On May 5, 2023, due to Mr. Yang Liu's resignation as a member of the eighth board of directors of NAURA Technology Group, the shareholder National Integrated Circuit Fund submitted a proposal to nominate Mr. Yang Zhuo as a candidate for non-independent board member of the Eighth Board of Directors.
