CBRE Investment Management, LLC acquired Dual Homes in Madrid from Neinor Homes, S.A. (BME:HOME) for ?25 million on July 20, 2023. The asset comprises 8,932 sqm across two adjacent buildings and includes 94 dwellings,123 parking units and 52 storage units and is due to be completed in December, 2023. CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, S.L.P. acted as legal advisor to CBRE. Elix advised CBRE and Savills advised Neinor in this transaction.
