As at March 31, 2020, Tribal Media House had total assets of ¥781 million and net assets of ¥278 million. For the year ended March 31, 2020, Tribal Media House, Inc. had sales of ¥2.05 billion and net loss of ¥122 million. The transaction was resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 25, 2021. The planned contract signing date is April 1, 2021 and expected share transfer date is April 2, 2021.
