Noriyuki Ikeda, D.A.Consortium Inc., Quaras Inc., i-nest No.1 Fund managed by i-nest capital Co., Ltd., Mizuho Seicho Shien Fund 3 managed by Mizuho Capital Co., Ltd., Hakuhodo DY Future Design Fund managed by Hakuhodo DY Ventures Inc. and Mitsubishi UFJ Capital VII, Limited Partnership managed by Mitsubishi UFJ Capital Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 92.6% stake in Tribal Media House, Inc. from Netyear Group Corporation (TSE:3622) for ¥700 million on March 25, 2021. As at March 31, 2020, Tribal Media House had total assets of ¥781 million and net assets of ¥278 million. For the year ended March 31, 2020, Tribal Media House, Inc. had sales of ¥2.05 billion and net loss of ¥122 million. The transaction was resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 25, 2021. The planned contract signing date is April 1, 2021 and expected share transfer date is April 2, 2021.
