New Standard Energy Ltd (ASX:NSE) announced that it has entered into binding share subscription agreement for a private placement of 91,442,400 shares at AUD 0.01 per share for gross proceeds of AUD 914,424 on November 24, 2015. The transaction will include participation from new investor Huizhou Energy Investment (Beijing) Co, Ltd. Pursuant to the transaction, the investor will hold 19.15% stake in the company. As a part of the transaction, the investor company will appoint up to two new board members of the company.
