IMC International Metalworking Companies B.V. signed a Joint venture agreement to acquire 51% stake in NTK Cutting Tools Co., Ltd from NGK Spark Plug Co., Ltd. (TSE:5334) on October 28, 2022. NTK Cutting Tools Co., Ltd reported a Total revenues of ¥7.22 billion, Total assets of ¥3.57 billion, EBIT of ¥0.48 billion and Total common equity of ¥2 billion in march 31, 2022. The transaction is expected to close on April 3, 2023.
