Notice regarding dividend payment and
revised dividend forecast
At the meeting of the board of directors held on October 30, 2023, we, as Niterra Co., Ltd., resolved to distribute the retained earnings for the record date September 30, 2023, as described below.
And we revised the dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024 from the previous forecast announced on April 28, 2023.

Reason for the revision:
Considering the importance of returning profits to shareholders, our basic dividend policy is performance linked plan under which we set a goal of 40% annual consolidated dividend payout ratio. According to this policy, we are planning to pay the full year dividend 160 yen per share. We decided to increase the interim dividend by 14 yen from the previous forecast to 80 yen per share. Also, the forecast of the fiscal year-end dividend is 80 yen per share.
