NOHMI BOSAI LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in manufacturing, sales and installation of fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment as well as the maintenance of these devices. The Company operates in three segments. The Fire Alarm Devices segment is engaged in manufacturing, sales and installation of automatic fire alarm equipment, environmental monitoring systems, fire doors, and smoke extinguishing facilities, etc. The Firefighting Equipment segment is engaged in manufacturing, sales and installation of various sprinkler equipment, foam fire extinguishing equipment, plant disaster prevention equipment, tunnel disaster prevention equipment etc. The Maintenance and Inspection segment is engaged in the maintenance, inspection and repair of various disaster prevention equipment. Other business includes construction and maintenance of parking lane traffic control systems as well as manufacture and sales of crime prevention equipment operated by its affiliate companies.
