An unknown entity controlled by the current minority shareholders agreed to acquire Nordecon Betoon OÜ. from Nordecon AS (TLSE:NCN1T) for ?9.05 million on November 7, 2023. The consideration will payable in one instalment.

Nordecon Betoon has reported revenue of ?102.6 million and net profit of ?2.6 million in 2022. The supervisory board of Nordecon AS has decided to sell 52% stake in Nordecon Betoo. The transaction is subject to approval of the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of Nordecon AS which will be held on November 29, 2023.
