NORTH STAWELL MINERALS LIMITED North Stawell Minerals LTD announced the appointment of Ms Toni Griffith, as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Mr. Kevin Lam. The Board wishes to thank Mr. Lam for his services to the Company and wishes him all the best in future endeavors. Ms Griffith is an experienced executive who has worked for over 35 years in the mining industry undertaking Chief Financial Officer, General Manager Finance and Company Secretarial roles most recently with White Rock Minerals Ltd, AuStar Gold Ltd, Castlemaine Goldfields Ltd. and Crocodile Gold Australia.
Ms Griffith holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Fellow of CPA's, a graduate of the AICD program and has extensive experience in financial management, business leadership, corporate strategy, governance and compliance.
