NTT Data Intramart Corporation reported non-consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2015. For the year, the company reported operating revenues of ¥3,488 million, operating income of ¥307 million, income before income taxes of ¥157 million and net income of ¥5 million or earnings per share of ¥1.15 compared to operating revenues of ¥3,324 million, operating income of ¥245 million, income before income taxes of ¥157 million and net income of ¥138 million or earnings per share of ¥27.85 for the previous year. Income before income taxes and net income decreased for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015, as compared to the previous fiscal year results, due to certain unexpected non-operating expenses.

(1) Recording of a loss on valuation of investment securities: As the fair value of the company's holdings of investment securities (unlisted common stock) declined significantly compared to their carrying amount, the Company recorded a non-operating expense of ¥99 million to account for impairment loss on the loss on valuation of its investment securities. (2) Recording of a loss on valuation of investments in subsidiaries and affiliates: Of the company's investments in its subsidiaries and affiliates, the fair value of its shares in NTT DATA INTRAMART Software (Shanghai) declined considerably as compared to their carrying amount. In order to account for impairment loss on the loss on valuation of investments in subsidiaries and affiliates, the Company recorded a non-operating expense of ¥56 million.

However, as the company's loss on valuation of this investment will not appear in its consolidated financial statements, there will be no impact on the company's consolidated results of operations.
