NTT Data Intramart Corporation agreed to acquire remaining 85.9% stake in Jsp Co.,Ltd. from Akinori Inada for ¥880 million.

NTT DATA INTRAMART CORPORATION is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the development and sale of packaged software for Web system infrastructure construction. The Company operates in two business segments. The Package segment is engaged in the development and sale of software under the name intra-mart, as well as the provision of maintenance services to its company clients. Its intra-mart software is comprised of middleware IAP and intra-mart application series. The Service segment is engaged in the provision of consultation services on Web system construction that uses intra-mart, as well as the system development and educational services.
