OKP Holdings Limited Wins SGD 17.7 Million Contract from PUB for the Improvement of Old Roadside Drains

OKP Holdings Limited announced that the Group has secured a contract worth approximately SGD 17.7 million from PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, for the improvement of old roadside drains under the Estate Upgrading Programme ("EUP") Batch 10 at Cheng San Sunrise & Cactus Estates. Under this contract, OKP's wholly-owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, will be involved in the reconstruction of box drains, entrance culverts, open drains, box culverts and sumps along with its associated works, including demolition. In addition, the work scope encompasses replacement, reconstruction and installation of drop inlet chambers, kerb re-alignment, diversion of water mains and pipelines as well as other ancillary works.

The 30-month contract commenced on 22 March 2024 and is expected to be completed by 21 September 2026.

OKP Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based transport infrastructure and civil engineering company. The principal activities of the Company are those relating to investment holding and the provision of management services to its subsidiary corporations. The Company's segments include Construction, Maintenance and Rental income. The Construction segment is engaged in the construction of urban and arterial roads, expressways, vehicular bridges, flyovers and buildings and airports infrastructure. The Maintenance segment is engaged in re-construction work performed on roads, road reserves, pavements, footpaths and kerbs, guardrails, drains, signboards as well as bus bays and shelters. The Rental income segment relates to income received for the rental of investment properties. The Company's development properties include The Essence and Phoenix Residences.
