(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the best and worst performers on the Small-Cap Tuesday afternoon in Piazza Affari.

----------

FTSE SMALL CAP - WINNERS

----------

Olidata rises 20% the day after reviewing preliminary 2023 accounts, reporting revenues of EUR100 million, doubling year-on-year. Ebitda is expected at EUR6 million, up from EUR1.9 million a year earlier. In addition, the board revised the 2023-2025 plan, extending it for the period 2024-2026. Turnover is expected up by 7 percent a year in plan arc, reaching EUR126 million in 2026.

----------

Softlab gains 13%. The company, yesterday, appointed Maurizio Buscaini as its new manager in charge of financial reporting. Buscaini replaces Andrea Cassano, who resigned effective Jan. 16. Neither Buscaini nor Cassano holds shares in the company.

----------

Antares Vision also did well, up 11 percent. The smallcap acquired "SME" status because its market capitalization for the year 2023 was below the threshold. The company's acquisition of the status entails, among other things, raising the minimum threshold of significant holdings from 3 percent to 5 percent of the voting share capital.

FTSE SMALL CAP - LOSERS

----------

Fidia gives up 12 percent and sits at the bottom of the list where it belongs, with the shares losing 11 cents from the EUR0.70 unit value with which they opened the session.
