ONEX CORPORATION is a Japan-based company engaged in the metal heat treatment business and transportation business. The Company has two business segments. The Metal Heat Treatment segment is involved in the metal heat treatment business such as carburizing heat treatment, nitriding heat treatment, quenching, tempering and annealing, as well as the metal straightening business to straighten bended and curved products generated from the metal heat treatment processes. The Transportation segment is engaged in the transportation and handling of industrial products and equipment, as well as the transportation of general cargos and heat treatment products.
