Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 17, 2022, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee (the "Trustee") of Pacific Coast Oil Trust, responded to the letter to the Trustee from Shipyard Capital Management LLC and Cedar Creek Partners LLC (together, the "Specified Holders") dated October 11, 2022 and filed as an exhibit to the Schedule 13D jointly filed by the Specified Holders on October 11, 2022. A copy of the Trustee's letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
