On December 12, 2022, Shipyard Capital Management LLC and Cedar Creek Partners LLC sent a letter to Pacific Coast Oil Trust, demanding that a special meeting of unitholders be called for the purpose of voting on the Company's removal and voting to approve that the trustee be directed to take no action to dissolve the trust during the remainder of its tenure as trustee.
