Panabyte Technologies Limited announced that it expects to receive INR 11.88 million in funding from APAC Consultants Private Limited and other investors

Panabyte Technologies Limited announced a private placement to issue 2,400,000 warrants convertible into equity shares at an issue price of INR 4.95 per warrant for the gross proceeds of INR 11,880,000 on March 20, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investors HBPA Tradex Private Limited for 1,000,000 warrants, APAC Consultants Private Limited for 1,000,000 warrants and individual investors Narayan Das Mundhra N for 200,000 warrants and Sabita Mundhra for 200,000 warrants. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
