PARK24 Co., Ltd. revised consolidated earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending October 31, 2023. The company now expect net sales to be JPY 326,000 million, Operating profit to be JPY 31,500 million, profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 14,500 million or JPY 85.03 per share against previous forecast of net sales of JPY 323,000 million, Operating profit of JPY 27,000 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 13,000 million or JPY 76.24 per share.
PARK24 Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation and management of parking lots, as well as the lending and sale of cars. The Company operates through three business segments. The Parking Lot (domestic) segment is engaged in the provision of hourly and monthly parking services, as well as the management and operation of incidental facilities of parking lots. The Parking Lot (overseas) segment is engaged in the provision of hourly and monthly parking services in Taiwan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Singapore and Malaysia. The Mobility segment is engaged in the provision of car rental services, car sharing services and road services for car accidents and breakdowns.
