Patrimoine & Commerce has announced a 5.2% increase in recurring net income (RNI) per share to 2.03 euros for 2023, on gross rental income up 6.7% to 50.5 million euros (+4.2% on a like-for-like basis).

The real estate company reports that it has continued to enjoy sustained rental activity, with the signing of 58 leases (including 26 renewals). The financial occupancy rate improved to 94.7% across all properties.

A dividend of 1.35 euros per share will be proposed to the AGM, an amount up 3.8% on the previous year and representing a yield of 4.6% on NAV at the end of 2023 and 7.7% on the share price.
