Orapi: takeover bid reopens on February 12

BNP Paribas and Crédit Industriel et Commercial, acting on behalf of Groupe Paredes, have informed the AMF that the public tender offer for Orapi shares will be reopened from February 12 to March 8 inclusive.

The offeror has irrevocably undertaken to acquire, at a unit price of 6.50 euros, all the 1,047,109 ordinary shares it does not hold, representing 15.76% of the capital of this professional hygiene products company.

PCAS specializes in developing, manufacturing, and marketing fine and specialty chemicals. Sales are distributed by family of products as follows: - synthesized pharmaceutical products (63.5%); - fine chemicals (36.5%): technical fluids and additives for the lubricant industry, chemical additive synthesis. The group also offers photochemical and new technology products (photosensitive materials, photo-initiators, and polymers for photography, reprography, and micro-electronics).
