Takeshi Oka agreed to acquire leafnet Co., Ltd. from PCI Holdings, Inc. (TSE:3918) for JPY 1.9 billion on June 27, 2023. Takeshi Oka signed the share transfer agreement to acquire leafnet Co., Ltd. from PCI Holdings, Inc. (TSE:3918) on August 25, 2023. As of Fiscal year ending September 2022, leafnet Co., Ltd. reported net assets of JPY 0.84 billion and total assets of JPY 1.6 billion. The deal is expected to be completed on September 1, 2023.
