Peach Property Group AG Announces Step Down of Thomas Wolfensberger as CEO

Peach Property Group AG announced Dr. Thomas Wolfensberger, CEO of the company informed the board of directors that he intends to step down from his role as CEO after 16 years of service at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 24, 2023. He will continue to be available to the company as an advisor. The board of directors regrets Dr. Wolfensberger's decision and thanks the outgoing CEO for his long-standing commitment and his great achievements.

President of the board of directors Reto Garzetti will assume the operational management responsibilities of the CEO following the Annual General Meeting and chair the Executive Board as Executive Chairman.
