Pininfarina appoints Lucia Morselli as new chairman of the board of directors

(Alliance News) - Pininfarina Spa announced Friday that its board of directors has unanimously appointed Lucia Morselli as the new chairman of the board of directors, following the death of Paolo Pininfarina.

Morselli, formerly an independent, nonexecutive director and a member of the company's nomination and compensation committee, will serve until the expiration of the current board of directors, which is the date of the shareholders' meeting to approve the financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2024.

Pininfarina closed Friday 1.3 percent in the red at EUR0.73 per share.
