The Board of Directors of Pioneer Bankshares Inc. declared a first quarter dividend at its March 12, 2015 meeting. The dividend payment declared will be paid at $0.18 per share for shareholders of record as of March 23, 2015 and is payable on March 31, 2015. This dividend represents an increase over the previous quarter of 5.88%.
