Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Plus Holdings Nevada, Plus Wonders LLC, Plus Products Services LLC, Carberry LLC, Plus Products Nevada LLC (Plus Products Nevada), Uplift Services LLC and Josiah Distribution LLC.
