Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 49.74 million compared to USD 47.79 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 49.77 million compared to USD 47.79 million a year ago. Net income was USD 10.29 million compared to net loss of USD 4.57 million a year ago.
