PNX Metals Limited Announces Transition of James Fox as CEO

PNX Metals Limited is an Australia-based minerals exploration company. The Company holds a tenement portfolio containing a mix of zinc, gold and silver assets approximately 170 kilometers (km) south of Darwin in the Pine Creek region of the Northern Territory. The Company is focused on the development of its Fountain Head gold and Hayes Creek zinc-gold-silver Projects in parallel with regional exploration. The Moline Project is located approximately 65 km to the east of the Hayes Creek Project. The Hayes Creek Project is prospective for gold and base metals mineralization and comprises four key areas: Moline, School, Tumbling Dice and Hercules. Both the Fountain Head and Hayes Creek Project are located in close proximity to each other in a mining jurisdiction. The Glencoe Project is on a granted mineral lease approximately 170 km south of Darwin and three km north of Fountain Head Gold Project in the Pine Creek region of the Northern Territory.
