Polimex-Mostostal S.A. signed an agreement to acquire INSTAL-LUBLIN Sp. z o.o.

Polimex Mostostal SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the engineering and construction sector. Its business is organized into six segments: Production, providing steel structures, platform gratings, shelving systems, pallets and road barriers, as well as galvanizing, hydraulic paintings and structure corrosion protection systems; Construction, providing industrial and general facilities construction services; Power Engineering, providing general contracting of facilities in power engineering sectors, as well as servicing; Chemistry, providing general constricting of facilities in chemical industry, as well as assembly of equipment and steel structures; Roads and railroads, providing general contracting of facilities in road construction industry; and Other operations, including hardware and transport services, rental services and leases, among others. On July 23, 2014, it sold 100% stake in Energomontaz-Polnoc - Technika Spawalnicza i Laboratorium Sp z o o.
