Powertech Technology Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the provision of packaging and testing services for integrated circuits and semiconductor components. The Company is also involved in the provision of wafer-level packaging services and wafer test services, as well as the research, development, design and sales of integrated circuits and semiconductor components and automated test computer software. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, such as Japan, the United States and mainland China.
